After pick-up in Porto, the tour begins towards Aveiro, a city known for its waterways, distinctive architecture and close connection to the sea. Often called the “Portuguese Venice”, Aveiro stands out for its colorful buildings and rich natural surroundings.
During the visit, you will enjoy a traditional moliceiro boat tour. These boats were originally used for seaweed harvesting and are now one of the city’s most iconic symbols, decorated with vibrant colors and humorous paintings.
The boat tour navigates through Aveiro’s three main canals — Cojo, Central and São Roque — offering a unique perspective of the city and its daily life.
After the visit to Aveiro, the journey continues towards Coimbra, a historic university city, where drop-off will take place at the hotel or a location to be determined.
