Canoe-Rafting on the Paiva River - Nature Adventure from Porto
An adrenaline-filled descent through one of Portugal’s most untouched rivers
Enjoy an unforgettable canoe-rafting experience on the Paiva River, one of Portugal’s most sought-after adventure activities, ideal for families, groups of friends and nature lovers.
Famous for its crystal-clear waters, unspoiled landscapes and exciting rapids, the Paiva River provides the perfect setting for a thrilling and fun descent. Unlike traditional rafting, canoe-rafting uses smaller, more agile inflatable boats, offering greater control and an even more intense experience.
Available from spring to autumn, this activity takes place under the best river conditions and pleasant weather. Upon arrival, certified guides will welcome you, provide a safety briefing and supply all necessary equipment.
The route is adapted to the group’s experience level, ensuring safety and enjoyment for participants aged 6 and over. Optional transport from Porto is available for added convenience. After the activity, you can relax by the river or enjoy lunch if selected during booking.
